Dr. Jackson, DDS, MS is a native of North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergraduate study. Dr. Jackson also attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry where she obtained the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduating from dental school she attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for her specialized pediatric dental residency. Dr. Jackson received additional years of residency training, beyond dental school, specifically dedicated to the dental treatment of children.
In addition to her pediatric dental specialty training, Dr. Jackson also received a MS degree in Oral Sciences while at the University of Illinois. Dr. Jackson moved to Charlotte and has practiced pediatric dentistry in Charlotte since completion of her pediatric dentistry training. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, National Dental Association, and the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Izzie in her spare time. One of her biggest passions is also helping aspiring dentists get into dental school through her consulting business, Dental Careers Coach.
